To avoid issues with processing your Holiday Request Form:

  • The Holiday Request Form must be submitted no later than the Friday before the week annual leave will be taken.
    (For example – if taking annual leave on Thursday 25 January, the form must be submitted by Friday 19 January)

  • Annual leave will be paid on Friday following the week the annual leave is taken.
    (For example – if taking annual leave on Thursday 25 January, annual leave will be paid on Friday 2 February)

  • You can find your accumulated holiday entitlement, stated in hours, on your most recent payslip.
